The job has already been run through the OnDemand Triage API that looks at weather on a specific date of loss, damage probability, properties of the home or structure, airspace of the property and other factors like the height and pitch of the roof structure to match the job with the ideal field inspector or insurance adjuster or, another resource like a certified drone pilot.

Our highly trained inspectors will then capture important and relevant documentation like photographs, diagrams, and inventories by following custom inspection paths within the app that are then uploaded directly into the GRS OnDemand℠ Web Application. From this cloud based central processing unit and data bank, our desk adjusters or a client’s adjusters can access all of this information to finalize estimates and reports and create any kind of final deliverable needed.  Real time updates on contact attempts, actual contact and set appointments and completed inspections are sent to the client in real time keeping everyone involved in the know at all times.
