Quality Assurance Manager


The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing the quality assurance and quality control functions within Global Risk Solutions P&C Division.

This position will provide leadership and direction to all aspects of the quality effort including, but not limited to, compliance with carrier directives and GRS file standards.

The QA Manager is responsible for the training, managerial direction and operational accountability of the Quality Assurance reviewers and must ensure the department achieves productivity and quality standards while adhering to individual carrier requirements.

The QA Manager collaborates with the Directors of P&C Daily, Catastrophe and On Demand and the Claims Managers to identify and implement process improvements for the P&C division.
