As director of GRS’ On-Demand Services, Justin is responsible for the development, daily operations and strategic growth of this technology-enabled division. With more than 20 years’ experience in the claims industry, he has held various leadership roles, including training new adjusters and developing insurance technology solutions and processes to meet clients’ needs. Before joining GRS in 2019, he held a leadership role in onsite field services for an aerial imagery and data analytics company and prior to that held various positions in claims. Justin’s skills include high-volume claims management, strategic business planning and development, training and education, and business development and sales.
