Arthur “Kip” Radigan co-founded GRS to leverage his extensive and varied loss adjusting experience for insured and self-insured clients, and to fill a marketplace need for a professional team committed to client priorities — no matter how large or where those priorities may be. With more than 35 years of risk management experience, Kip has worked in hundreds of claims environments and adjudicated losses in dozens of high-profile man-made and natural catastrophes on five continents.
He also has extensive global experience in petrochemical catastrophes, including marshaling subject matter experts to support claims operations and providing litigation support to manage the impact of class-action litigation.
As GRS’s President & CEO, his primary responsibility is delivering people, process and technology to exceed clients’ expectations. Accustomed to working in chaotic and extreme environments, Kip has mentored hundreds of company and industry personnel in the art of adjudicating losses with professionalism and dedication.
Kip’s experience is global, but he knows that no matter where, great service in claims must be delivered locally and with a personal touch. Kip and his team at GRS follow this philosophy in maintaining a family-like culture of support for adjusters while assisting clients in providing a more personalized customer experience.
