In 2021, Global Risk Solutions opened a new training and learning center in Bradenton, Florida. The GRS Learning & Training Institute℠ is housed in a 13,000-square-foot facility and already has hosted hundreds of claims specialists and subject matter experts since mid-2021. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION TRAINING
A unique element of the GRS Learning & Training Institute℠ is our residential property unit, featuring four mock-up homes built in phases. Plexiglass sections allow trainees the opportunity to view internal construction. Construction materials typically used for building most homes also are displayed for training purposes.

This allows the GRS Training Staff to teach construction materials and methodology utilized in residential construction. Our facility is capable of accommodating classes ranging from five to 75 participants.”
