VP of Claim Operations
With nearly two decades of leadership in claims adjusting, Eddie is the vice president of claims operations for GRS. In this role, he leads GRS’ claims and environmental risk management services during everyday operations as well as catastrophe events. His skills include high-volume claims management, catastrophe planning and development, project management, and overseeing operations and personnel in multiple locations. Before joining GRS in 2017, Eddie was a claims manager at a catastrophe services company, where he was deployed in more than 100 assignments.
