Claims Assignment Professional

Communication – Strong communication skills required, candidates must be able to effectively communicate with policy holders, adjusters, and management.
Time Management – Multitask talented skills and self motivation skills are key! Remote environment,  must keep up with daily tasks autonomously, working remote without distractions.
Organization – Organization skills is a critical skill for a dispatcher.  In order to keep track of all of the adjuster’s schedules and abilities, as well as claims coming from multiple sources, staying organized is a must.
Business Technology – Must have a working knowledge of standard business software such as Microsoft office and Outlook etc. Working knowledge of Xactanalysis a plus
Relevant Experience – 2-3+ years experience in commercial dispatching, customer service, or pertinent field.
Detail Oriented – Requires detail oriented candidate with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Dedication – The position requires someone with a flexible schedule willing to work at a moment’s notice and the possibility of at least some work on nights and weekends.
