Global Risk Solutions enables corporate and insurance industry clients to quickly and effectively respond to property and casualty claims, natural catastrophes and environmental events by delivering people, process and technology to manage risk and contain costs. Headquartered in Miami, with global reach and offices throughout the United States, we offer a diverse range of claims adjusting and environmental risk management services.
Global Risk Solutions was founded by claims professionals whose experience in handling property, casualty and environmental losses on five continents dates to 1980. They observed an opportunity and a need to provide better resources to adjusters as well as deliver more caring service to clients. A loss — whether it’s small and local, or large, complex and overseas — is often a difficult experience for all parties involved. GRS was incorporated in 2002 to make those experiences easier and to help achieve satisfying outcomes for all concerned, through professional and timely service. Today, GRS has a network of more than 5,000 claims specialists who are able to help clients around the world respond to and recover from events that cause financial and environmental loss.
Global Risk Solutions exists to deliver expert claims and environmental incident response services. Our mission is to bring the best people, process and technology to solve our clients’ challenges. GRS is a value-driven firm, where we support each other in fulfilling our mission. GRS is about:
Integrity. We are ethical professionals who always strive to earn our clients’ trust.
Innovation. Technology and continuous improvement enables us to deliver better solutions.
Exceptional Service. We believe “good enough” isn’t enough. We work every day to exceed clients’ expectations and provide the best service to everyone we serve.
Arthur “Kip” Radigan co-founded GRS to leverage his extensive and varied loss adjusting experience for insured and self-insured clients, and to fill a marketplace need for a professional team committed to client priorities — no matter how large or where those priorities may be. With more than 35 years of risk management experience, Kip has worked in hundreds of claims environments and adjudicated losses in dozens of high-profile man-made and natural catastrophes on five continents.
He also has extensive global experience in petrochemical catastrophes, including marshaling subject matter experts to support claims operations and providing litigation support to manage the impact of class-action litigation.
As GRS’s President & CEO, his primary responsibility is delivering people, process and technology to exceed clients’ expectations. Accustomed to working in chaotic and extreme environments, Kip has mentored hundreds of company and industry personnel in the art of adjudicating losses with professionalism and dedication.
Kip’s experience is global, but he knows that no matter where, great service in claims must be delivered locally and with a personal touch. Kip and his team at GRS follow this philosophy in maintaining a family-like culture of support for adjusters while assisting clients in providing a more personalized customer experience.
